The household owner adds you by email. You’ll receive an invite link and code. Open the link on your iPhone or iPad, install Jindo if needed, sign in, and tap Accept invite. Invites expire after 7 days.
No. Use the invite link or code from the email. You can sign in with Apple (including Hide My Email) or email — the invite code is what connects you to the household.
One subscription covers the whole household. The owner subscribes through the App Store; other members join without paying separately. See our Terms for details.
In the app, open Settings → Privacy and use account deletion. If you are the household owner, deleting your account also removes the household and shared data — you must first remove other members who sign in on their own devices. Cancelling a subscription is separate and does not delete data by itself. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details.
Household owners must be 18 or older. Anyone who creates an account or signs in on their own device must be at least 13. Children under 13 may appear as managed family profiles added by an adult, but they should not create their own accounts.
